Hi,

How old are you? Since when you're having a brain aneurysm?

Common causes of an aneurysm are hypertension or atherosclerosis or infections etc. Rarely, trauma can cause aneurysms.

I think you may have an aneurysm of the anterior cerebral artery which may lead to lesions at motor cortex and paracentral lobule which may lead to motor aphasia with the weakness of limbs.

Please consult your neurophysician, he will examine and treat you for a brain aneurysm.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
