Understanding your concern. As per your query you have noticed breast pimple with pus, dryness, crusting, itching and scarring which seem sto be due to due to bacterial infection of hair follicle leading to folliculitis. It could be clogging of skin pores. You should wash area with cold water and apply cream containing azelac acid. Apply cream containing 2% mupirocin twice daily. Take oral antibiotics course for 1 week. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment .
