What Causes A Brown Spot On The Lower Eyelid?
I just noticed a tiny brown spot on my lower eyelid margin right next to the lacrimal gland. It can only be seen when I pull my lower lid down. It is maybe about 1mm in diameter. Is it something to be concerned about? I lead a healthy, active lifestyle and haven t had major health issues before.

Brown spot on eyelid may just be a conjunctival pigmentation that may not pose any problem.I will suggest you just observe and see an Ophthalmologist for examination if it increases in size or some other symptoms appear.Most of such symptoms are benign and may not evolve beyond what you have noticed.Close monitoring will do.
