What Causes A Bruise On The Forehead And Stomach Pain After A Fall?
My nearly 4 year old fell off of a stool 2-3 feet on to a tile floor head first. He has mild bruise on right side of forehead. He is acting more tired than normal and says his stomach hurts, but has not thrown up. I have asked him a lot of questions and gave the correct answers. Do I need to take him to the ER or just continue to check his symptoms?

My suggestion would be you should take him to the doctor for check up. We should not neglect slightest thing of children. The cause of stomach pain may be different instead of trauma. He would need the treatment for that if so. Take care of your sweet child.
