What Causes A Bruised Bump On The Feet After An Injury?
After coming in from outside I noticed a large bump and bruising around it, on top of my foot. I don t remember hurting it at all.... can t see a bite mark but the center is a dime-sized raised tender spot. Now the bruising is spreading to my toes and toward my ankle. What could it be?

As per your history, it may be due to blunt trauma.
For pain you can take tab. motrin. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment.
In case of severe pain, you may require x-ray foot after consultation.
Do regular physical therapy. Bruising will resolve slowly.
