What Causes A Bump Near The Anus?

Hi. I am 26 years old male. Two days back i observed bump on my anus. It was not paining initially, but now i can feel little pain in the annal area. I dont feel pain during defecation. These days i am getting pimples on my face as well. Is this because of heat? I eat 2 eggs a day and i smoke as well.

You may have problem of hemorroid that can lead to this type of symptoms. Anorectal examination helpful for diagnosis.
Topical analgesic can use for it..
Avoid spicy food and more fatty foods.
If you have constipation problem than stool softner can use for it.
Avoid excessive straining at toilet.
Drink more water per day..
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
