General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The burp with formation of small vapor cloud indicate acute gastritis in most of the instances. This is not a major issue neither it is related to ramipril or aziathiprine consumed on regular basis. Intake of proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole or pantoprazole with sips of water on empty stomach will take best care of the issue. Should avoid spices, non veg and junk foods, dairy items if consuming for a period of next 2 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
