Hello, Welcome to HCM. I have read your history carefully. You are suffering from corn of little toe. It occurs as a result of constant or recurring pressure on the affected area. To prevent recurrence, you need to prevent the pressure and friction. You may do this by using soft padded footwear. Once it is there, it should be treated with gentle filling (by using pedicure set) after immersing the foot in warm water for some time. Avoid being to harsh in removing it as bleeding may lead to infection. Hope this will be helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Take care.
