Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My grandson holds his breath while playing video games, watching a movie, eating, sleeping -- but not while playing sports. He is 6 and very active. He also isn t potty trained overnight. In fact, he often wets thru the pull-ups even when he pees before bed and has little to drink after supper. Should we be worried and are these two things related?
The breath hold is anxiety related most likely.
The pees after pull ups seems normal physiology if, occasionally, but if persistent basis, should be sorted out in details.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
