As per your complain clear yellow discharge from nostrils that is blood tinged along with gum and teeth pain is pointing towards Sinusitis only and there is a possibility that inflamed sinuses are releasing inflammatory fluid that is dripping through nostrils.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like PNS view x Ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly.. In case if Sinusitis is confirmed you can be advised to take antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller like Advil, anti allergics like Benadryl or Levocetrizine, decongestant like Phenylephrine, saline nasal irrigation, Steroid nasal spray, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
