As per your query your baby have symptoms of cluster of dots which seems to be due to eczema due to pets , pollens , certain viruses and bacteria , weather, excessive exposure to sunlight. In your case the probable reasons is seasonal allergy and due to hormonal changes. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to keep yourself away from open environment. You should use air condition and continue taking anti histamine like benadryl and apply cold compresses to affected area and apply moisturizer . If condition doesn t get improve or get worse then consult allergy specialist for proper examination . Doctor will take history and try to find out the trigger factor .
