What Causes A Cluster Of Itchy Bumps On The Hand?
a few days ago i got what i thought was a bug bite on my hand (two small bumps). over the past few days, the raised bumps have multiplied in a small cluster on my hand and a few bumps in small cluster on my opposite arm. they are extremely itchy. what could be wrong? is this an allergic reaction to something? a spider bite?

Yes, that is an allergic reaction. Should clean the area well, apply hydrocortisone cream with triple antibiotic ointment locally.
You can send a photo of the itchy bumps on the hand to see if it is from a spider bite or any other skin infection.
