What Causes A Cluster Of Small Painless Bumps On Penis?

Hi, i have been having this problem for 2 years now, On the shaft of my penis i noticed a cluster of very small painless bumps that are not noticeable unless you pull the skin , they are very small but have remained unchanging for 2 years, around them is small puss filled painless bumps that when popped refill later , same exact area and DO NOT GO AWAY, the only mystery is that i have never had sex i am 20 years old , i have no idea what they could be but my parents did have hpv when i was born , could this be HPV??? just this year i started getting painful blisters on my finger, i looked it up and herpetic willow came up but it doesn t appear like the pictures, If i did somehow contract herpes, it does not look like that on my penis and they are painless and unchanging but they are Odd

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have multiple Fordyces spots over shaft of the penis.

The penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.
Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment.
If needed some of them which are bigger may need to get excised in Toto (Completely along with the sac)
