What Causes A Cold Liquid Sensation In The Abdomen?

liquid feeling in tummy. I'm female, 30yrs. 5'5", 8.4 stone. Had appendix taken out November 2010, abscess drained twice January 2011, also had peritonitis and sepsis. Had been going in/out hospital January - April. I'm now on Laxido, Amitryptline, citalopram. I'm still getting tummy pains (got told I could have on/off for a year), I sometimes have a cold liquid sensation in my tummy / groin area, are things going wrong again?
