What Causes A Constant Pain In The Lower Right Side Of Body?

pain on lower right side all the time, worse when I turn to the right to do anything and if I turn like to stretch on a turn to the right then the pain is as someone stabbed me with a knife. The pain stays more painful for a longer time and it feels every step going up or down stairs very painful max. pain.

u seem to have a lumbar disc problem which causes pain in legs due to nerve compression. u should get an mri done n let me know .
