What Causes A Cut On Tonsil With Blood?
Hi - I just tasted blood in my mouth, looked in and the right tonsil is a cut and slight blood. Looks like maybe very very small yellow or some spots on that tonsil as well. I've been having sinus drainage I think and allergy issues. No inflamed lymph nodes though. I'm concerned about the cut and blood though.

Dear blood on tonsils may be due to inflammation or it may be due to follicular tonsillitis in which tonsil follicles filled with pus and crypts shows pus.
Sinusitis and tonscils stone may cause bleeding.
Use salt water gargling and water vapour inhalation. Avoid cool drinks and allergen.
Use tab.alday dc twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
