What Causes A Cyst Behind The Testicle?

hi i had a cyst behind my left testies i am sure because i examined physically and it is not attached to my testies and i had an ultra sound scaning of whole scrotm and testies (sorry if i miss spelled) but report said that nothing was wrong no infection found but sometimes i find a moveable cyst lower behind my left testies but not attached to it n some time it disappears by the way i mastrubate alot my both testies weigh normal but sometimes when i search for the cyst it swells plz tell mewats happening

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
It is possible that what you are feeling is just the out-pouching of the epididymis and hence gets reduced on ejaculation or masturbation.
Hence this can not be found on ultrasound.
So do not worry, do not try to find out which is just a variation of normal and get worried.
Relax.
You may please repeat the scan later to reaffirm,
