What Causes A Cyst In The Kidney?
I have cyst in left kidney, gets bigger each year over 5cm last time,, sightly complex, my kidney Dr diagnosed me stage3 kidney disease,cmreatin is 1.86, for 29, I am worried the cyst is affecting kidney function, also urine culture came back abnormal,strepococus bacteria in urinary tract,and probably in kidneys. I have spot. Tomorrow with urologist what should I ask him to do ,ultrasound,surgery?

I suggest you to check the kidney function at first.
You should do the azotemia and creatinine level.
If the kidney function is normal no treatment is required for the cyst.
I only recommend regular checkup.
