What Causes A Cyst On The Penis Bottom With Lack Of Semen Discharge?
I am a 61 year old male. For at least twice after orgasm, I produce no fluid discharge. Because of recently having kidney stones, I have been found to have an enlarged prostate and a cyst located at the inside bottom left portion of my penis. The kidney stones have passes. Any suggestions.

The semen discharge issue may also be related to this. As the cyst on the penis can also be related to other systemic diseases. So get your blood tests like complete blood count and ESR done.
