What Causes A Cystic Structure On The Left Ovary?

I have period that lasts only 2 days i thought it was spotting but i m not sure so i consulted a doctor she saw something on my left ovary but not sure if it s a cyst or a baby her diagnosis was my left ovary has cystic structure and she gave me duphaston 3 times a day..was there possibility that i m pregnant or not?please help me to understand my situation

I can understand your concern.
No, possibility of pregnancy is very very less.
Possibility of hormonal imbalance is more likely.
Spotting, cystic structure in ovary are more suggestive of hormonal imbalance.
Duphaston is having progesterone (female hormone). It is given to regulate hormones.
So finish the course given by your doctor and get done repeat sonography.
Once your hormones are normalize, your periods will be normal and cyst will also subside.
