What Causes A Dark Blue Rash On The Upper Thigh?
my daughter has a strange looking rash on her upper thighs. It is not on top of the skin it is under the skin and looks like fish scales connecting circle shapes that are dark blue in color, cover inner to out thigh. does not hurt, is not warm to the touch

Sounds to be some sort of vasculitis or other issue connected to the subcutaneous blood vessels of the body which can be part of a secondary immune-mediated response.
