The dark brown spot in the center of your forehead is to be examined before treating. Probable causes could be sun damage, melasma due to hormonal disturbance, post wound healing spot, side effects of various medications like NSAIDs, inflammatory conditions like eczema, acne, psoriasis, irritants, or diabetes mellitus.
Treatment depends on the cause. Treatment options include Melalite cream can be applied twice daily on the spot. Kojic acid ointment can also be applied. Treatments that can be given by a dermatologist like laser therapy, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and cryotherapy.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
