What Causes A Dark Painful Freckle On Stomach?

Hi, i have recently noticed a dark freckle on my stomach which is starting to hurt daily, it feels like a needle is poking at it which gets worse and worse. Although it generally happens when i am moving around but occasionally when I m not moving at all.
