What Causes A Delayed Period,itchy Clitoris And Nausea?

hi,am 21,weighs 80kgs and no medical history.i have a burning sensation and itchy clitoris,am nauseatic,my body temp is a bit high and my period is 7 days late now..and the other day after 45 mins of sex my husband had a bit of rash on his fore skin and he said i was very hot.What could this be please?
