What Causes A Dent At Back Of My Head?

Hi, I recently noticed that I have a type of dent on the back of my head, more to the right side, where I have psoriasis. I am not really sure if it is noticeable due to my hair, but I can feel it and I ve never felt it before. I m not sure if I should be worried about or not.
