What Causes A Discharge From The Clitoris After C Section Delivery?

Hello, I gave birth through a Ceasaerean Section 23 days ago, and 1 week later I had E coli so I took antibiotics for that. I haven t checked whether E coli has cleared, but I have discharge from my clitoris regularly, I don t know if it s lochia or an infection? It is freaking me out to see it every time (right now it s brown just like the rest of the lochia). I can t find any information, please tell me what is it. Thanks.

Please note that there may not lochia discharge from clitoris. It is from uterus through vaginal opening. It may be infection.
