What Causes A Disturbed Sleep With Feelings Of Heart Palpitations?

i wake-up from sleeping at the early hours of sleeping at night as if am been disturbed or feel that my heart will stop but if i gone into sleeping after this, this doesn't happen, bear in mind that i excercise every singlt night for two hours - both with heavy weights and cardio excercises, am 35 years old, no cholestrol at, have no fats, have pretty good muscles and 6 packs as well, why is this happening?

Welcome to HCM.
This may be sleep apnea or a panic attack.
I think you must visit a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation.
You might need a sleep EEG.
The treatment will depend on the exact diagnosis.
I must tell you that you should not take sleep inducing pills untill the diagnosis is confirmed. Sleep inducibg drugs like ativan and similar drugs can worsen sleep apnea.
Also i would advice you to avoid vigorous exercises at bedtime.
