What Causes A Dull Pain Just About The Left Testicle?

Hi, I currently suffer from psoriatic arthritis. I am taking Enbrel injections once a week for 1 year now. I have recently started having a dull pain just above my left testicle. It is very tender to touch. I have had an ultrasound and found nothing out of the ordinary. I have yet to speak to my RA doc. Any ideas on what it is or what I could do?

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Psoriatic ?Epididymitis ? or a side effect of the Enabrel.
Treatment with Steroids would suggest /confirm the possibility of psoriatic epididymitis / or could be due to the side effect from enabrel inj.
Or it could be due to the bacterial infection with enabrel -a side effect which would need treatment with appropriate drugs.
A FNAC biopsy would fix the cause/effect relation in this case.
