Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your heart rate values are a little above the normal ranges. This could be related to different possible causes: lack of physical activity, thyroid gland dysfunction, blood electrolytes, etc. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
-a resting ECG and a cardiac ultrasound.
-a chest X ray study and pulmonary function tests.
-blood electrolytes.
-complete blood count for anemia.
-thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
