What Causes A Feel Of Nausea And Vomiting After Eating?

Hi, for the past two weeks, most of the time after I eat, it doesn't matter what it is, 30 min later i get really sick and feel nauseated, then i end up throwing up what I ate. Then after I throw up, my stomach is tender to touch and it feels weak. what does this mean?
