What Causes A Feel Of Rush And RLS Symptoms After Having Pacemaker Implant?

I had a Widowmaker w/ 2 Stents put in. That nite, I had an additional attack. Since then, I ve had an Defib/Pacemaker Implant. My question is; I often feel a Rush sensation which is NOT anxiety. As well, I experience RLS symptoms. Interestingly, I ve noticed I clearly have Beau s Syndrome on my fingernails!
