What Causes A Feeling Of Blockage In Chest, Vomiting And Breathlessness?

i feel as though i have a blockage in my chest/stomache. everything i try to eat /drink comes back out. very painful. am breathless. 2 years ago i had linear ulcers. been to doctors twice in 4 days and both gave different answers, one said ibs which it isnt because i already suffer with it and the other said gastroenteritis. i am very scared now. i have lost 9 pounds in 7 days

let me know do you have fever, loose motion? if yes then it may be gastoenteritis. If no, then you may require detailed examination and lab investigations by physician. If not recovering, kindly do upper GI endoscopy to rule out any other possibilities. Kindly follow up with detailed history.
