What Causes A Feeling Of Cramp In The Heart For My 16-year-old?
I have been having heart cramps since I was young, my grandmother had it and now my 16 year old daughter is starting. It feels like you are having a cramp in your heart. sometimes it hurts even when you breath. it will last between 2 min until 20 min. What is the cause?

Based on the history you have shared, these symptoms should not be ignored and should be worked upon a baseline EKG to look for any congenital abnormal heart rhythm etc.
If unremarkable, Echocardiogram should also be done to rule out any valvular heart disease or congenital heart structural issues.
If unremarkable, Holter monitoring may also be needed to record 24 hours EKG and to see for any abnormal rhythms during the course of the day.
