What Causes A Feeling Of Pressure In The Throat For A 17-year-old?
My son is a singer and has started experiencing pressure in his throat when he sings. He feels like his is going to vomit, like something is choking him and is not able to sing. He is 17 and has been singing for several years with his band, playing gigs and often singing for 2 hours or so (with breaks).

the feeling of pressure in the throat of your son could be caused by two things: After singing(stress) or a respiratory tract infection.I will advice he takes little sips of water frequently, and take a voice rest.If the symptom persists, see a physician to examine his throat to exclude an infection.
