I thought I might have a Bartholomew small cyst on my labia minor around vag opening....I ve only been with my husband. it just piped when I wiped after peeing. it was thick purulent exudate wit some blood. now it s oozing blood. should I be worried that he is cheating and I have some std?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due bartholinitis. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Bartholinitis can be caused by fecal bacteria also. When you clean the anal area do on one direction towards anal side. Hot fomentation will be helpful. You can also apply betadine ointment locally.
