What Causes A Granulomatous Lesion On The Testis?

i have a granuloma lesion in left testis down pole epididymis and medical doctor give me anti tb treatment i have already complete 5 month. but still granuloma is same condison. afb is negative in report when there have ipitthiliod cell have in that granuloma in report of laboratory

Hello there,
Histopathological hallmark of granulomatous lesion is presence of epithelioid cell. They are nothing but the macrophages (a type of WBC)
The causes are tuberculosis (mostly in countries like India), Leprosy, Sarcoidosis, cat scratch disease and few more. You need to complete the course of Anti TB regimen and check ur results.It can also be sputum negative TB. So continue ur follow up
