Hello and welcome to HCM,
A lump that bleeds during menstruation and a history of endometriosis indicates that the lump in the groin is due to endometriosis.
Endometriosis is known to occur at many unusual sites.
Excision of the groin lump is required followed by histopathological examination for confirmation.
Consult your gynecologist and surgeon for further work up.
In the meanwhile, treatment of endometriosis will be helpful in controlling the bleeding from endometriotic site.

Thanks and take care
