What Causes A Growing Bump With Pus Causing Mild Pain Between The Breasts?

A bout three days ago I noticed a small bump between my breasts , with minimal pain, however on today, it seems to be more painful if I touch it and seems to be getting larger.I just took a look and now it looks like the skin has burst and it looks pinkish & I am noticing that a pus like substance has oozed out. Could this be a sebaceous cyst & if yes what is my next step to resolve this discomfort ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having infected sebaceous cyst or developing abscess in ingrown hair follicle infection.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
He might go for one course of antibiotic medicine course and then he will go for excision of cyst with sac.
Ok and take care.
