General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I can understand the situation and it looks that he has corn in the foot. Corn is a highly cornified pyramidal shaped hard and condensed pointed structure which develops at the pressure points. There are many treatment options like topical application of salicylic acid, podophyllum, changing the footwear or surgical removal. Consult a dermatologist so that he could advise and initiate appropriate treatment based on the severity of case.
Hope this helps You.
Regards.
