Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I have found a hard lump on the outside of my calf, just below my knee. It seems like it could be coming off of my bone but it is hard to tell exactly because it seems to be somewhat hidden by my calf because it is on the side/back, maybe on fibula?
Hi, it is important to know how long have you been suffering from this problem. The lump arising from the bone are chronic, hard, painless. The cysts are fluctuating, movable and painless. If it is sudden, then it may be a hematoma or cysticercosis. Have a x-ray examination done to confirm if it is arising from bone or soft tissues?
