What Causes A Hard Fluid Filled Blister On The Penis?

I have a lump on the middle of my penis. Halfway up the shaft side. Hard but fluid like and it kind of seems as though it floats around a bit. It s sore and seems as though it could be popped or punctured. Being sore though I don t want to do that. ????

what is your marital status and sex habit. if history of sex with multiple partner then youshould go for std test.donot puncture or fiddle. better to consult skin vd doctor for examination and advice on treatment. treatment can be started after proper diagnosis.
