What Causes A Hard Knot Upon Infusion Of Methamphetamine Shot?

Hello I shot meth thought was in vain cuz I pulled blood bck . Have a very large hard knot now cause I m assuming I missed .. but how do I get knot to go down ?? I tried rubbing it and putting under hot water usually helps but this time has not only appears bigger any suggestions??

Based on the history you have shared, it can be sign of local inflammation or infection due to contamination of site. If collection of drug outside vessel is the cause, it can get relieved with ice application or local anti inflammatory drugs application however if persist, may need surgical review.
