What Causes A Hard Lump At The Back Of The Neck Causing Headaches And Dizziness?

I have a hard lump on the back of my neck, in the center, for a little over 2 years now. It has been causing me to have headaches. I also get very light headed and dizzy everyday and it s hard to breathe and concentrate. When i start to talk, it s like my mind isn t there. it s like i talk without knowing what s coming out from my mouth.

is the lump increaing?
have you undergone MRI?
the lump needs to be examined.
usually lumps are not a cause of headaches.
you seem to be suffering from anxiety.
