General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It can be Tarlov cyst, arthritis and its different variants. I suggest you do some test:

1. Blood Routine
2. X-Ray
3. CT Myelogram
4. Rheumatoid factor and Antinuclear factor (ANF).

Do not worry about this. The doctor will take care if he carries out any kind of procedure.

For now, in case of pain, you can take NSAID. After doing the above-said test, please refer to a doctor or you can post another question like this. I would suggest some medicines but here I am not allowed to do so.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
