What Causes A Hard Lump On The Inside Of The Upper Neck?
I have what feels like a hard lump on the inside of my upper neck and I feel like I have something stuck in my throat. I am one year cancer free from having Triple Positive Breast Cancer and I am on Letrozole. Could this be a side effect of the medicine

A lump in neck can't be much related to letrozole side effects. It needs to be evaluated taking count of your history of breast cancer. You should do the cytology of the lymph node. Also, do a total blood count and formula.
