Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think there was a cystic swelling present in the lip of vagina which ruptured when you pressed it and now has become an abscess and swelling all over with rupture of veins of that part to cause a clot.

You shouldn't have done such things but it's OK because it will heal but needs some 1 to 2 weeks. You will have pain also. Take full course of any antibiotics like amoxicillin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin, etcetera with dosage based on body weight for 5 to 7 days in order to subside infection.

You can take any anti-inflammatory medicines also like paracetamol or ibuprofen which works well as analgesic also.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
