A couple of days ago my son was playing and I didn t realize he had take off a think plastic screw from a toy he has. Long story short he had it in his hand and tripped and fell with the screw hitting him in the chin. It wasn t really noticeable until this morning, he woke up with a lump and a bruise on his chin. I touched it and it feels hard, just as hard as the other part of his chin. I m worried he might have really hurt himself or broken something!
