A sudden large hard lump appeared on the lower right side of my skull. It is extremely painful, like kidney stone painful. And j feel like lighting strikes running across my skull. It s not a soft mass like a cyst. It s hard, and if you touch it I scream and almost faint. My neck also hurts. I m trying to decide to go to the er

Hard lump at this site, if occurs suddenly then one should see the infective lesion arising in muscles or bone. The most important thing is to decide from where the mass has been arising. It is better to go for X-ray.
