What Causes A Hard Painless And Movable Lump On Tailbone?

I have a strange hard painless and moveable lump one my tailbone. I have fallen down the stairs earlier this year and hurt my elbow and tailbone and got an X-ray for my elbow but nothing for my tailbone. Could the lump be a side effect of that? Or could it be cancer?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
as long as it is painless it seems to be a benign lump, now for the question what it is, I think it needs to be evaluated by a proper physician before running any further tests for it may be an incidental finding of a lipoma which is probably there for some time.
