What Causes A Hard Pink Lump On The Labia Minora?

I have two sexual partners that have assured me they have both been tested and protection is being used but I have this weird pink hard bump on my labia minora. I have done some research and from what I have gathered it is a swollen sweat gland? I trust my partners but am also worried.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Hard pink lump what you are describing inside your vagina appears that you could be having 'Bartholin's cyst'.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Povidine-iodine solution twice daily.
2. Take antiinflammatory analgesic medication like Ibuprofen after food.
3. Take a course of antibiotics containing Amoxacillin and Clavulenic acid.
4. Take warm Sitz bath twice daily.
5. Abstain from sexual activities till the swelling subsides completely.
It should start to subside by doing above measures by 3 to 5 days.
In case the cyst recurs or does not subside, you may have to undergo a procedure called 'marsupialization'.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for clinical evaluation and management.
